中国毛体书法家协会简介

（一）

     本协会的中文名称：中国毛体书法家协会，简称“中国毛协”；
     本协会的英文名称：China Mao Zedong Style Calligraphers Association（缩写为CMSCA）；
     中国毛体书法家协会于2009年4月16日在中华人民共和国香港特别行政区登记注册，注册号：1332726；2009年4月25日在北京市丰台公安分局石榴园派出所登记备案；2009年6月20日成立大会在北京召开；2014年1月3日经中国共产党北京市丰台区委大红门街道工委批准成立中国毛体书法家协会流动党支部。2018年8月8日经中国共产党北京市丰台区委大红门街道工委批准成立中国毛体书法家协会党支部。
    为了进一步完善协会组织机构，加强基础建设，努力增强本会的整体实力和可持续发展的能力，为服务于会员创造条件。2013年6月7日在北京召开了第二届第一次理事会,会议审议了秘书长孔维阳关于《锐意进取 继承创新——为毛体书法事业的全面发展奠定坚实基础》的工作报告，通过了新章程，确立了可持续发展战略目标。理事会选举产生了以景学勤将军为会长的协会领导班子。确立了协会会长常务会议制度，形成了集体领导核心。理事会尊重和认定：中国毛体书法家协会在中华人民共和国香港特别行政区登记注册，法定代表人系孔维阳，是在国内发展的唯一合法团体组织，现已成为拥有近600名会员的专业性社会群众团体。副会长兼秘书长孔维阳同志驻会主持协会日常工作。

（二）

    中国毛体书法家协会是全国热爱毛泽东书法艺术的书法家、书法理论家、画家、社会活动家、红色收藏家等各界人士组成的团体，是弘扬毛泽东书法艺术、缅怀人民领袖的平台，是联系广大热爱毛泽东书法艺术的书法家、书法工作者的桥梁与纽带，是继承传统文化繁荣社会主义文艺、发展先进文化的一支重要力量。
    协会遵守中华人民共和国宪法和国家各项法律、法规，按照本会章程和专业特点开展艺术、学术和社会活动。以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想为指导，坚持科学发展观，贯彻执行党的基本路线，坚持文艺为人民服务、为社会主义服务的方向，坚持“百花齐放、百家争鸣”、“古为今用、推陈出新”的方针，尊重艺术规律，广泛团结、组织全国热爱毛泽东书法艺术的书法家和书法工作者，弘扬中华民族优秀传统文化，为繁荣和发展我国书法艺术事业，为建设社会主义精神文明和实现社会主义现代化而奋斗。

（三）

    协会由团体会员和个人会员组成。凡中华人民共和国公民在书法创作上有较高水平；在毛泽东书法理论研究上有较高成就；从事毛泽东书法教育、编辑出版、组织宣传工作有显著成绩或有突出贡献；修建毛主席纪念场（馆）的个人或集体；红色收藏家等。可提出入会申请报本会批准并履行手续后，可成为本会个人会员。
    协会的组织原则是民主集中制。最高权力机构是中国毛体书法家协会全国代表大会。其职责是：决定本会的工作方针和任务；审议工作报告；审议本会的财务收支报告；制定和修改《中国毛体书法家协会章程》；选举产生领导机构；决定其它重大事项。协会经费来源为自筹、会员会费、社会赞助及经营其他合法收入。

    协会以最广泛地团结热爱毛泽东书法艺术的书法家和书法工作者繁荣书法事业为己任。对会员有联络、协调、服务、书法培训和业务指导的职责。努力提高热爱毛泽东书法艺术的书法家和毛体书法工作者的思想道德素质、文化修养和业务水平。继承和发扬我国书法艺术的优秀传统，坚持正确的发展方向，提倡风格的多样化。认真组织“中国毛体书法艺朮成就活动”、全国毛体书法展览、国际毛体书法展览、中国毛体书法节等各种形式类别的书法展览或比赛，以及其他评选活动。大力繁荣毛体书法创作，深入开展毛体书法理论研究，组织学术交流，加强编辑出版、网络建设，推动毛体书法教育，培养毛体书法人才，壮大毛体书法队伍。重视、支持基层毛体书法组织和群众性毛体书法活动，并以多种方式加强与各界的联系，促进毛体书法艺术的普及与提高。
    协会根据国家政策，积极开展毛体书法艺术的经营活动，加强基础建设，努力增强本会的整体实力和可持续发展的能力，为服务于会员创造条件。依据有关法律和本会章程保护会员的合法权益，并建立相应权益保障组织机构。积极与香港、澳门特别行政区及台湾毛泽东书法艺术团体和热爱毛泽东书法艺术的书法家联系与交流。开展对外书法交流，加强与国外书法组织、书法家的联系，为繁荣书法事业、增进各国人民之间的友谊，为世界和平及进步事业贡献力量。
    “以书会友，以友助会”欢迎更多爱好书法艺术，特别是毛体书法艺术的各界朋友加入中国毛体书法家协会，为弘扬民族文化贡献一份力量。
  
     China Mao Zedong Style Calligraphers Association
Brief Introduction

    China Mao Zedong Style Calligraphers Association was registered on April 17th, 2009 and established successfully on June 20th.  The second session of the first board of directors was held on August 7th, 2010. The report made by vice head director Mr. Kong Weiyang at the meeting was passed through, the general Jing Xueqin , formerly vice commander of air force of Chinese People’s Liberation Army , was elected as head director, and Mr. Kong Weiyang as vice head director and secretary general and permanent leader in the office and Madam Mao Xiaoqing, the niece of Mao Zedong ,  as honored  head director.On January 3, 2014, Beijing municipal committee of the communist party of China approved the establishment of the Chinese party branch MAO body calligrapher's association.Approved by the Chinese Communist Party Beijing Fengtai District Committee Dahongmen Subdistrict Committee, China Mao’s Style Calligraphy Association CCP Branch was established on August 8th, 2018.
    China Mao Zedong Style Calligraphers Association is an organization for the calligraphers of loving Mao Zedong style art of calligraphy、calligraphy’s theorists、workers for calligraphy and painters and collectors, a platform of expanding the art of Mao Zedong Style Calligraphy and of cherishing the people’s leader, a bridge and link for connecting the broad calligraphers for Mao Zedong style calligraphy art and its lovers, and an important strength of inheriting the traditional culture and flourishing the socialist cultural literature and art and developing the advanced culture.
    The Association abides by the constitution and the various laws、rules and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and carries out the artistic, academic and social activities , according to the charters and characteristics of the Association and artistic characteristics. With guidance of Maxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong thought, it adheres to the point of view for scientific development, implements the basic line of the Party ,  persists in the direction which the literature and art must serve the people and socialism, the principle for “letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend”, “making the past serve present, weeding through the old to bring forth the new”, esteems the artistic law, widely unites and organizes all the calligraphers and calligraphy lovers in the art of Mao Zedong style calligraphy, strives to enlarging the fine traditional culture of Chinese Nationality, flourishing and developing calligraphy’s artistic cause of our Country, building socialist spiritual civilization and realizing Socialist modernization.
    The Association is composed of unit and personal members. All the civilians of the Peoples Republic of China with higher level in the area of calligraphic creative works, with good achievements in researching Mao Zedong style calligraphic theory , with outstanding achievements and contribution in the calligraphic education, editing and publishing, organizing and propagating of the individual or collective in erecting and constructing the memorial place as well as collectors, who can apply for membership and who are able to become formal membership after approval.
    The organization principle of the Association is the democratic centralism. The highest organ of power is the national people’s congress of The Association, it’s duty includes decision of the work principle and task, examining the work report, the financial revenue and expenditure, working out and modifying [ The Charter of China Mao Zedong Style Calligraphers Association]，electing the leading organ and deciding the other important items. The source of income of the Association comes from self-collection, membership dues and social help as well as managing the other lawful revenue.
    The Association takes the task with the most widely uniting the calligraphers and the workers who love the art of Mao Zedong style calligraphy and its workers to flourish calligraphy cause, and takes responsibility of connection, co-ordination, service , training in calligraphy and professional guidance for members and strives to heighten their ideal and moral quality, cultural mastery and  professional level. The Association inherits and develops the fine tradition of the country’s calligraphy art, adheres to correct developing direction, advocates a variety of its style, earnestly organizes “ the achieving activity of Mao Zedong style calligraphy art”, the national and international exhibition of Mao Zedong Style calligraphy as well as all sorts of calligraphy exhibition and competition of Mao Zedong Calligraphy Festival , and other selecting activity, vigorously flourishes the creative work of Mao Zedong Style Calligraphy, deepens the theoretic research,organizes academic exchange, strengthens edition, publish and network construction, pushes education of Mao Zedong Style calligraphy forward, cultivates talents of Mao Zedong Style calligraphy and expands the ranks of Mao Zedong Style Calligraphy. The Association attaches importance to and supports the organizations at the basic level of Mao Zedong Style Calligraphy and their calligraphy’s activities with mass character and strengthens connection with them in many ways as to promote popularization and the raising of Mao Zedong Style Calligraphy’s level.
    The Association actively carries out sale of Mao Zedong Style Calligraphy art works according to the state policy, Strengthens the basic construction, strives to increase the actual strength of the Association on the whole and a continually development capability so as to creates conditions for serving its members.  The Association safeguards the lawful rights , interests of the members in the light of the relative law and Association’s charter and builds the organization body of rights and interests safeguarding. The Association actively connects and exchanges with the art units and calligraphy lovers of Mao Zedong Style Calligraphy of Hongkong and Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan District, carries out exchange of calligraphy outwardly, strengthens the connection with the Calligraphy’s organizations and calligraphers with other country, and for the sake of flourishing the calligraphy cause and enhancing the friendship between the people of other country  so as to contributes our strength for world peace and progressive cause. We, “ to get together with calligraphy, and to support the Association with friends”, welcomes more friends for loving calligraphy’s art, especially all circle’s friends for loving Mao Zedong Style calligraphy’s cause to join in the Association and contributes a part for enlarging the culture of nationality.
